Bob Jones Robert R. Jones, Managing Partner
Bob has over 24 years of executive level operating and consulting experience, having held several senior operations management positions for both start-up and turn-around ventures. Additionally, he has implemented lean enterprise focused projects for several public and privately held companies. Bob has worked with a wide array of industries utilizing numerous technologies. Mr. Jones completed his undergraduate work in Human Resources as well as having attended the Stanford Advanced Management College.
Robert Snyder Robert L. Snyder, Founder and Senior Associate
Bob has honed his skills over 39 years in manufacturing and corporate management and is adept to working at all levels of an organization. He has a broad multi-disciplined background in administration, operations, quality, and sales in the automotive and non-automotive industry. Bob has extensive hands on Lean Manufacturing implementation experience and has been trained in the Toyota Production System. He has successfully managed companies with $3mm to $350mm in sales in the rubber, plastic, and metal industries and has hands on experience in successfully administering turnarounds, start-ups, closures, and sales of foreign operations. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree from the University of Dayton.
Jeff Bickford Jeff Bickford, Senior Associate
Mr. Bickford's experience in engineering and manufacturing has evolved over his 24 year career. Jeff's background includes operations, engineering, quality and supply chain management positions. Additionally Jeff has held several executive management positions. Jeff was instrumental in adapting Lean principles in each of his assignments and has a practical understanding of how lean functions in operating and service environments. Jeff's educational credentials include a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University.
Ken Mooney Ken Mooney, Senior Associate
Ken has over 22 years of broad-based experience working with both "Fortune 500" corporations and small businesses and in the areas of operations management, lean enterprise implementation, startup & restructuring, and new product commercialization. Ken has successfully introduced and implemented lean enterprise solutions in a variety of manufacturing environments. He also consults with small businesses in start-up situations and developing strategic operating plans. Ken is a graduate of UNC-Charlotte with a degree in electrical engineering and holds an MBA from Gardner-Webb University.
