Robert R. Jones, Founder and Senior Associate
Bob has over 24 years of executive level operating and consulting experience, having held several senior operations management positions for both start-up and turn-around ventures. Additionally, he has implemented lean enterprise focused projects for several public and privately held companies. Bob has worked with a wide array of industries utilizing numerous technologies, including Tier 1 Automotive, Appliance, Telecommunications, Off Road Vehicle, and Aerospace. Mr. Jones completed his undergraduate work in Human Resources as well as having attended the Stanford Advanced Management College.

Robert L. Snyder, Founder and Senior Associate
Bob has honed his skills over 37 years in manufacturing management and is adept to working at all levels of an organization. He has a broad multi-disciplined background in administration, operations, quality, and sales in the automotive and non-automotive industry. Bob has extensive hands on Lean Manufacturing implementation experience and has been trained in the Toyota Production System. He has successfully managed companies with $8mm to $350mm in sales in the rubber, plastic, and metal industries and has hands on experience in successfully administering turnarounds, start-ups, closures, and sales of foreign operations. He is a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree from the University of Dayton.

John Chandre, Founder and Senior Associate
John's 35 years of experience with “Fortune 500” corporations covers a variety of operational management responsibilities, including lean enterprise facilitator, Kaizen coordinator, product manager, and project management. John has managed the start-up of manufacturing facilities in the US, Korea, and Brazil and draws upon his international experience in his training and consulting efforts. John has extensive knowledge of lean enterprise systems. John has tremendous hands-on experience in the implementation of each of the elements of Lean Manufacturing. He has established himself as a process start-up expert over the course of his career. John holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin and has studied at the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
