The Mechanics
Solomon associates average 20 plus years of operations experience in a multitude of industries. It is our sincere hope that others can benefit from the years of experience and training we have accumulated. We have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with and assist many wonderful organizations and people. Much of this would not have been possible without the tremendous resources, human and financial provided by the state of North Carolina.
In 2007 we expanded our relationship with two community college campuses by providing training support in the area of Lean Manufacturing. This expansion focused on how we could partner with each of these campuses informally to provide the highest quality training at a reasonable cost. This was an easy decision for our Solomon EOS leadership team because our mission is to serve as many companies as we can benefit….not to maximize profits or deliver training that misses the mark. Based on our experience with our informal partners, we have expanded our resources and training capability. We hope to "partner" with more community college organizations by providing an experienced and capable resource that is also affordable. We provide a deep discount pricing structure for all of our community college affiliates. This relationship works well because the industrial training resources do a wonderful job of getting to know the companies unique needs in their service area(s). Solomon EOS works closely with the industrial training resource to design a training plan that is tailored to the needs of the company. |
Most Importantly...
More and more companies are struggling to stay competitive in the current market environment. Many times it is a matter of focus and not just doing things right... but doing the right things. Tell us how we can help. We will work with you and your college to do everything we can to help them find their way!
